- June 2023: Dr. Gavande received the 2023 FRAP award on a project entitled ” Reprogramming tumor microenvironment in pancreatic cancer by TME targeted CD40 nanoliposome.
- May 2023: Dr. Gavande received more funding from Karmanos Cancer Institute (KCI) through MI Prostate SPORE to develop small molecule inhibitors targeting pro-inflammatory pathways for prostate cancer therapy.
